Hi Kevin...here's what I use:

#.....  Buoy data...file by yyjjjhh00.  
#
WMO     ^S([INS]V.*|MV[^NS].*) .... ([0-3][0-9])([0-2][0-9])
        FILE    data/noaaport/buoy/raw/(\2:yy)(\2:ddd)\300
WMO     ^(SXUS2[0-3]) KWBC ([0-3][0-9])([0-2][0-9])
        FILE    data/noaaport/buoy/raw/(\2:yy)(\2:ddd)\300.cman

I think the ship reports are in with the first header (anyone know
for sure?).  These make hourly files in the .../buoy/raw subdirectory.
