Eric, I'm feeding from snow.cit.cornell.edu which feeds from ingestor sunshine.ssec.wisc.edu. The greatest max latency for NNEXRAD over the last 24 hours was 52 seconds. (Although, the fact that I'm only requesting 1 station may have something to do with it.) So it looks like the problem may lie with the wundergound.com host. Based on past experience, I don't think their network bandwith is all that it could be. Either that, or path to wunderground is really congested.
