Weather.admin.niu.edu is back in full. BUT...our campus network is not. 
HOWEVER...it will be on Saturday evening! So...if you are a downstream 
node...feel free to feed from us starting Saturday night. Thanks and

This is an update to the cable cut situation that occurred on Wednesday,
November 28th. Network Engineering anticipates that full network service
will be restored this Saturday, December 15th by 6p.m. Work will be
started at 4p.m. during this two hour window network service may be
interrupted intermittently. Please contact the customer support center
at 753-8100 for any questions regarding this repair. ITS apologizes for
any inconvenience this may cause.

Estimated Duration: Approximately 2 hours for complete restoration
