Stokes down

We are having major disk problems here. Both stokes and the new box
that was going to replace stokes are having major disk problems. I
suggest that all that feed from Stokes at OU switch over to their
failover sites.

I will let you all know when we are back to being stable.

Sorry for any trouble that this may cause. What a nice way not to
return from the holidays.
