seems to be back up.  I'll be getting more info on it monday so Gil, stay
feeding off UIUC until i find out how safe everything is.  As far as I can
tell it was a problem with our provider.  Kinda hard diagnosing problems
when u get paged by gil when heading into a baptism and get paged up by
another COD wx person right after it.  Perfect timing guys.  I'll update
by tomorrow afternoon.
