Kevin, We keep a week's worth of NIDS data (all 17 NOAAPORT products) for all NIDS sites. Data are available online in graphical form at http://pscwx.plymouth.edu.nids.html and you can go back through the archive. Data are also available through McIDAS ADDE pointing to pscwx.plymouth.edu. We also keep the 1KM resolution NEXRAD composite McIDAS type area files back through seven days. These can be accessed through ADDE or interactively at http://pscwx.plymouth.edu/mcidas_rad.html If you want the raw files, let me know and I can set something up for you, but using the above links may help you zero in on the exact time frames that you need.
