Hourly weather roundups messed up?

Hello all,

The State Hourly Weather Roundups (ASUS4? K???) have been incomplete since 
Monday on all 3 of my machines. Feeding from different sites didn't help. 
They either come in every time from a site, or only between 10Z-17Z
in the case of KLOT:

Yep, there are tabs separating the spaces. This has been working for years 
until Monday.
