Kicking off script as another user

Greetings-

Wondering if there is a way to kick off a script as another user from
ldm.  Trying to kick off the Workstation Eta model after all of the Eta
initialization tiles are in.  Would like to run it as the workstation
eta user, not ldm.  I'm using c-shell scripts on a linux box.  Any
suggestions?
