Hello,

Due to a resource problem, the 12 UTC MRF isobaric analysis available at
the ice.ssec.wisc.edu web site and distruted via e-mail is not
available.  This problem is being repair immediately.

Additionally, the unavailability of cloud drift and water vapor winds on
ice.ssec.wisc.edu web site is also being corrected at this time.
