Did anyone else lose the NOAAport feed from about 00:55Z to 01:50Z

I don't think it was down but it appears is wasn't fully operational
either.  For example, it looks like I missed NIDS data from 0115Z to
about 0140Z.  But other data was coming across... whether it was the
full stream or not is a good question.
