Data loss at NIU

Our primary upstream site is having technical difficulties 
(weather.cod.edu). Unfortunately, I was out of town and didn't get a 
chance to see that there was a problem until I got back around 03:30 Z 
this evening. The problem apparently started just after 1Z this evening. 
Sorry for the inconvenience to my upstream sites. I am now feeding from 
UIUC.
