flood down?

We've started seeing some fun things in our log file, and noted a lack of
data from UIUC.

Nov 13 21:28:43 weather
flood[16957]: ERROR: requester6.c:426; ldm_clnt.c:242: Couldn't connect to
LDM 6 on flood.atmos.uiuc.edu using
portmapper; ldm_clnt.c:112: : RPC: Program not registered

We've switched to UW for our data needs in the meantime.
