UIUC LDM is down

It appears that flood.atmos.uiuc.edu is experiencing technical 
difficulties. I went to lunch 5 minutes after it happened, and then I had 
stuff to do. The feeds are back up now from me. Sorry about 
that. It did give me the unexpected opportunity to flip weather3 over to 
being the primary  ingestor, though. :-) I was going to do that in a few 
days.
