Just got a call from Pete Pokrandt at U-W Madison...he says a card in a 
network router has failed. Although U-W Madtown has been up and down all 
morning, they have now been completely out since 17:42:37 Z. No estimate 
for an uptime has been given. Fail over to your backups!
