I send all incoming text files to a directory using just the 4-6 character
AWIPS header as the filename:

WMO     ^(......) (....) ([0-3][0-9])([0-2][0-9])([0-6][0-9]).*/p(.*)
        FILE    -overwrite -close data/gempak/awips/\6
