[ldm-users] Weatherx.admin.niu.edu back as of 21Z...

Weatherx.admin.niu.edu is back online. To accomplish this, our backup Internet line has to be taken down temporarily. We thought it was a router on the other end...turns out, apparently, it was ours, looking at our Internet stats. We are good to go.
