Oops, no they did not. It looks like they are sending the data out once, then it arrives in duplicate later. I tried calling NCF, they say they only do AWIPS/NOAAport, and call your local WFO. They're in "weekend mode" there, so they just said they'll pass it "along to their forecasters", which may not get anywhere. So...can anyone help?
