Hi Mike,The UNIWISC feed is not very large. Couldn't almost any old PC insert this feed and relay it? A 5 or more day outage is pretty extreme for one of the oldest and most reliable IDD feeds available.
Thanks for any updates you can provide, we rely on this data for many things here at SJSU.
