LDM 6.8.1 can change the default path of your ldm.pq file. That happens in your ldmadmin-pl.conf file. Go to /apps/home/ldm/etc and do a diff on "ldmadmin-pl.conf and ldmadmin-pl.conf.old to see what changes were made. If you customized the location of the file, more than likely it got changed to the default location.
