I've seen the following products come in on our ingest system in past ~15 minutes on the FNEXRAD feed:
Nov 05 15:44:17 pqutil INFO: 2760098 20101105154410.805 FNEXRAD 000 radar_mosaic_nathr !grib2/unidata/UPC_255/#000/201011051542F000/N0R/0 - NONE! 000000

Nov 05 15:52:16 pqutil INFO: 2733954 20101105155210.505 FNEXRAD 000 radar_mosaic_nathr !grib2/unidata/UPC_255/#000/201011051550F000/N0R/0 - NONE! 000000
I don't know if these are the products you're looking for, but they would match your pattern-action.
