verify your Gemenviron is configured correctly,
/home/gempak/nawips/
Gemenviron
or
Gemenviron.profile

ensure your decoders are softlinked correctly
to your ldm directory, or just copy them over

decoders -> /home/gempak/nawips/os/linux/bin
