[ldm-users] Weatherx.admin.niu.edu update

The problem with our commodity Internet/I2 was fixed at 18Z yesterday, but I wanted to make sure it was up and stable before posting anything. 
Some off-campus ISP's apparently decided to "forget" about us. Oops!
