[ldm-users] bigbird is down

bigbird went down last night and I've been unable to resuscitate it remotely. I'll be back at the lab tonight, and will try to restore things. Please fail to sasquatch for now.
We're in the process of ordering new hardware to build out our LDM relay capabilities and improve reliability. I anticipate at least another 30 days before this is complete, however.
