This might be an issue between REQUEST and ACCEPT...would love to know
the results if you can test the two methods.

Logs can be funky, might be writing someplace else. Try running a
notifyme or ldmadmin watch to see if you receive the product.

Easiest, dirtiest way is run pqcat -p with a regex and search for your
item. Not very fun with binaries, but at least will tell you if you
received it.
