Hi...The Penn State IDD relay site idd.meteo.psu.edu was down from approximately 13:55-15:15Z this morning (5/2/2012) due to a power bump and misconfigured UPS on some new hardware. We will be re-configuring the UPS to avoid this problem in the future. Our apologies for the interuption...
