Just submitted a ticket with our help desk. Will let you know as I get updated.
I also just restarted the ldm on idd.aos.wisc.edu, don't think it will solve the issue but you never know.

fyi pete seeing the same thing from minnesota... looks like as soon as the packets hit wiscnet.net.. here's an mtr screencap
