No, I only confirmed a temporary latency issue that was happening that day and resolved that day. This constant 10 minute latency I have never seen. Did you attempt the pqcat command example I provided you previously?
How about kill -USR2 the pqact process and then pull out from the LDM logs the series of logs from a single volume scan?
