Re: [ldm-users] [gb2param.c:89] [GB -1]

Updating the g2varsncep.tbl and g2varswmo.tbl files seems to have fixed my
issues with information from the NCEP website at
http://www.nco.ncep.noaa.gov/pmb/docs/grib2/grib2_table4-2.shtml.  Thanks
for providing the info to get our ingest machines fixed up!!
