As Tom Yoksas notes, the feed is up, and there is also no problem with our 
incoming raw NLDN from Vaisala ... the problem is emanating somewhere in the 
process where the products are injected into the LDM queue.  I've restarted the 
server, but no luck just yet.  I have to leave on an errand shortly but will 
take a further look later in the afternoon.
