Howdy,
My ingest noticed two new NEXRAD Level III sites in the data stream yesterday. The WMO header of the first N0R products looked like so: 

SDUS58 PAFC 311432
N0RKSG

SDUS58 PAFC 311434
N0RKJK
So you may want to check your various tables so that you aren't missing out!
