I have not seen any large-scale (non-mesoscale) files come across
(TIR[A|E|H|P|S|T|W]). There appear to be two coming across that don't show
up in the spec, TIRC and TIRU.

These mesoscale sectors appear to be coming down steadily: TISF, TISI and
TISJ.
