I noticed that none of our GOES16 products based on the CONUS sector GOES16 
imagery (TIRC products) had updated since ~14 UTC. The products based on the 
full disk imagery (TIRU products) are unaffected. I haven't had a chance to 
look into the meso sectors yet to see if they are affected.


It turns out that NOAA started putting out test products for the CONUS products 
on a fixed grid in parallel with the remapped lambert conformal products. They 
are supposed to be on a different channel (west vs center) - From the service 
change notice below, it sounds like these should have different product headers 
(TIT instead of TIR for large scale, and TIU instead of TIS for meso sectors) 
but from what I can see, on my NOTHER feed, both products are coming through 
with the same product ID, different sized products.


For example, here's a product coming through - tile PAH of ABI channel 2 at 
1857 UTC Sept 28. Two separate products, different sized, same header info in 
the ldm.

Here's a NWS/NOAA service change notice describing the change which was 
supposed to happen on or about Sept 6 (maybe held off because of the 
hurricanes?)

Anyone with a dish seeing the test products coming through on the west channel 
with different headers? Or is anyone seeing the different product headers 
showing on the NOTHER feed? (TIT??? vs TIR???)
