Hi Ryan, No, this is not an NCO/IDP issue. This is with the folks who control the uplink of data to NOAAPORT. Also, there isn't a NEXRAD issue with data in College Park. I do know that there is a latency issue of Level2 data coming directly from the ROC (radar operations center). But the data we get from the primary is on time. So you may be seeing delays of data because of a feed from the backup site? Sorry, but I'm just not tracking an issue with the primary Level2 feed. If this is something new/different feel free to email me on the side.
