[ldm-users] Surface and upper air observations in BUFR format?

Hello everyone,

I would like to get surface and upper air observations in BUFR format from
NOAAport. Currently, I am seeing most, if not all, of the upper air data
using WMO headers IS.. .... and IU.. ....

What I am missing is most of the surface data. According to the WMO, I
should be able to find these under headers KS.. ..... and KU.. .... , but I
am not seeing them. Does anyone have an idea where they could be hiding?
