I think they come with the WMO header IUKN0? BABJ on the HDS feed.  I believe WMO includes this feed.  I hate BUFR since there are a number of ways to encode it.  These BUFR messages have a number of subsets and each Chinese sounding is in a subset.  A given BUFR message may have a dozen subsets.

and note there that it says:
"...transmitted through the National Weather Service Telecommunications Gateway (NWSTG) in a World Meteorological Organization (WMO) Binary Universal Form for the Representation of meteorological data (BUFR) format beginning in May 2017."
Is the "NWSTG" different from the Unidata WMO feed available via LDM? We are trying to understand whether we're able to locally obtain the same data in that archive that is created from NWSTG but via LDM. Thanks!
