I re-checked and the problem is there for psu:
20230127T223431.443501Z notifyme[8207]
 ldm5_clnt.c:forn_signon:283         ERROR NOTIFYME(idd.meteo.psu.edu): 12:
RPC: Remote system error

In the meantime, is it possible to be able to feed from
iddb.unidata.ucar.edu for the feed UNIDATA (IDS|DDPLUS|HDS|UNIWISC) ?
It seems I cannot from autan.sca.uqam.ca.
