Good afternoon John, I have bad news for you: they are the cheapest of the receivers that is able to receive NOAAport, unfortunately…and yes, I know, they aren’t cheap. The next least priciest is one that costs well over $1,000, and they go up to $20,000. So…save up the pennies, I get it…and then get the Novra S300N. You might want to try on Ebay to see if someone is selling it less expensively. I've had up to 300 level classes in meteorology but my skills are getting rusty and I'd prefer to have my own data feed so I can flag the products I want and build a video wall. Are there other good receivers out on the market that will work for this without the premium price of the Novra? However, since they took down the previous SCN I don't recall what the frequencies were before, so I'm not sure which one was changed or what the previous values were.
