Metrics gathering

Hi Folks,

This is a friendly reminder to please use the contact us link in the portal to 
let us know information on all your WRF jobs.

What we need is:

1) Date/Time that you Launched the job

2) Type of Job (e.g. 5km regional with ADAS initialization)

3) Forecast length

4) Success/Failure

5) Length of time it took to run (wall clock time)

6) Real time or retrospective run and if retrospective, the date/time of 
forecast start
