[leadusers] LEAD system back online

Hello all,
The LEAD system is back online. Power to IU data capacitor was restored, and we've brought our own services back up.
Many thanks to the dedicated team at IU Data Center University Info Technology Services, who fought electrical problems and exploding capacitors into the late hours on several nights during Indiana's Spring Break week. 

 And thanks as well, for your patience.
