Hi, Elena. I noticed that in hdf5/config/linux-gnuclibc1 there are definitions for R_LARGE, R_INTEGER, HADDR_T, etc. I thought these should be superfluous now that fortran types are detected automatically. Did they just not get cleaned up, or was I misunderstanding? If they need to be deleted (and it's safe to delete all of them), I can do it (and make sure that there aren't similar definitions in other config/* files). Thanks, James
