Hi everybody! I built netcdf4 on a Linux machine. It works fine with netcdf files. However hdf5 files are not read. I created a simple hdf5 file using hdf5 version 1.8 and tried to open it with nc_open(), I got error "-51". Any ideas why it is not working? netcdf-hdf archives:
