[netcdf-hdf] congrats to HDF5 team for 1.8.0-beta4!

Howdy HDF5 People!

Congrats on the 1.8.0-beta4 release! It built and checked for me out
of the box both with and without parallel (with MPICH2).

Now I'll start the netCDF-4 testing!
