Sorry, I forgot to include those in the core library. I just made a new release 
that should fix that:

 ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf-java/v2.2/ncCore-2.2.10.jar

I added ncCore-2.2.10.jar, tried to find the symbol in all the jar files
in the zip file purporting to contain everything. I cannot find
HTTPRandomAccessFile
anywhere.
