Hi Heiko: Sorry its taken so long to respond to this. The problem is that the station obs reader expects to see the observation data in a structure, and the dods server is not supplying it. If you are using a TDS, I can show you how to add that. A deeper problem is that this way of serving obs data through dods is slow, because every obs requires a call to the server, so it doesnt really scale to large collections.
