The 'README' with source distribution 'ncSrc-2.2.22.zip' has
instruction to compile as  ' ant compileFromSource', which results
in compilation error because the 'build.xml' provided with the
source has target name defined as 'compileFromSrc' for source compilation.

just for info..no big deal.
