[netcdf-java] Problems accessing OPeNDAP server with nj4.0

Hi all (esp. John),

Using the nj4.0 libraries (version 4.0.30.20090113.0128) I get an
IOException (with no details) when trying to open the OPeNDAP address
http://mersea.dmi.dk/thredds/dodsC/SST/NSBSproduct.  Last week this
worked fine and we haven't changed our software, so maybe something
has changed on the remote side.  Even so, ncBrowse works fine, as does
the latest toolsUI (strange, since I thought it would use the same
nj4.0 as I am).  The full stack trace is:
