http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf-java/under the "Development version 4.1" downloads. This will become the stable release very soon.
There are several subtle bugs that have been fixed that you want, so upgrading is highly recommended.. Version 4.1 requires Java 1.6.
