[netcdf-java] announce Netcdf-Java/CDM version 4.2 stable release

  Hi all:

The Netcdf-Java/CDM library version 4.2 is now the stable version.

It is available from the usual place:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf-java/

We encourage everyone to switch to using this version.
