Hello:

I've found some problems with the thredds maven pom file (in parent directory). I've been able to get it to compile by changing the following in the pom.xml:

    * changing “<version>4.2.21-SNAPSHOT</version>” to
      “<version>4.2.22</version>”

Furthermore, perhaps the parent pom.xml should have extra plugins for source, javadoc, and for tests, and slight changes to allow for proper compilation and deployment using maven 3?
