[netcdf-java] octahedral model grid support

As ECMWF will use a octahedral grid to deliver their model issues in near
future, I would like to know if NETCDF-java will support this grid type
from the moment ECMWF will start using this?

I think they will deliver this new grid starting somewhere early 2016.
